4, bag-making photoelectric tracking is not accurate. Treatment: (1) photoelectric eye adjustment method and work state selection is incorrect, according to the manual requirements for correct adjustment. (2) pre-adjusted film length (when adjusting the blank bag) and the actual bag-making size error is too large, you should reset the length of the production line or adjust the pressure, adjust the device. 5.The speed of material release is low or not working properly. Treatment: (1) bad contact of eye position switch or bad cam angle, should be adjusted or replaced.
